Scope check: Editor-in-chief or section editor assesses suitability for the journal.
Reviewer selection: Two or more expert reviewers are invited. ORCID and Scopus profiles are used to identify appropriate reviewers.
Review: Reviewers submit structured evaluations. Reviewers are guided by our Peer Review Policy.
Decision: The editor communicates the decision with reviewer comments.
Revision: Authors submit a point-by-point response and revised manuscript.
Acceptance: Upon acceptance, the manuscript enters copyediting and production.
Publication: Articles are published online with a CrossRef DOI. Print publication follows.
Statistical Review
Manuscripts reporting statistical analyses may be sent to a statistical reviewer. Authors should follow statistical reporting guidelines and ensure all effect sizes and confidence intervals are reported alongside p-values.
