RSYN PRESS is committed to ensuring that our website and published content are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This policy reflects our obligations under the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018, the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102), and US ADA requirements.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to ensure that:

All published HTML content meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria
PDFs are tagged for accessibility and meet PDF/UA (ISO 14289) standards where practicable
Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 minimum requirements
All images include meaningful alternative text
The website is navigable by keyboard and compatible with screen readers (including JAWS, NVDA, and Apple VoiceOver)

2. Known Limitations

Some older archived PDFs may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us (see below).

3. Feedback and Contact

If you experience any accessibility barriers or require content in an alternative format, please contact us at raman@rsyn.org. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to provide alternative formats within 10 working days.
